I paid Wendy's Automotive Express over $250 on Nov. , 2019 via personal check to register my newly-purchased vehicle. They said it could take "up to 3 months". It has been 12 weeks and I moved this week from Highland Mills to Nyack NY.
Am I going to receive the NY state title from my car? Why is this taking so long? Will it be forwarded to my new address?
If not, I would like a full refund and the immediate return of my CT state title.
I think if the NY title was going to come, it would have arrived by now. They had all of December, January and February to process this payment and information.

This customer is complaining that her title was never sent to her. We told the customer that the title could take up to 90 days to come in the mail, and it was SUCCESSFULLY sent to her in 45 days from Albany. Attached you will find documents showing that our jobs were done properly.
