Wendy's Optical

I had lost my glasses and didnt know what to do because I dont drive so I can't get to *** in Loveland
so I searched my town of Estes Park and found a place called Wendys Optical. I am disabled and live on a very tight budget
So I contacted this Wendys optical to ask if there would be any way that I could get the glasses on payments..she said yes so I went to give her my copy of my prescription and she was very courteous and friendly she called me like 2 weeks later to tell me the glasses were in and to come pick them up. She really caught me with my guard down because when I got there she was a completely different person and would not let me take the glasses on payments like we had agreed instead of arguing I told her I would be back on my pay day to pay her. She was not at her shop when I went to pay and get the glasses. There was a note on the door to call her and she would be right there so I did and she said she would meet me in three days then she sent me a text that she was out of town and she would call me when she got back. Im not sure why she was so polite and professional one minute and then rude and
hateful the next but that should not be the way you treat a customer at my age. I can't see without glasses. That is why I confirmed with her on the phone before so as not to waste anyone's time.
She still has not called and it is already the 8th.
