I had a complaint filed against my company Ok Tent & Awning on 2-27-with reference # [redacted] I received a letter on 3-18-18, I am responding to let you know that I will strive to resolve any problems I can with the customer According to the customers statement they are correct on the fact they picked out a fabric and paid a deposit of $around 11-2-after the curtains were installed the customer called and stated they were not happy with the product due to pencil marks and straight curtains I met the customer on site and went over any complaints they had with them and resolved any problems at that time, that was around 12-13-17, and that is when I received the remaining balance of $to complete the project I do not believe I would have been paid for the project at that time if any or all issues would not have been resolved The customer then called me back around mid January of and told me the curtains were not right, I ask what the problems were and they stated "its just not right", I told them I will stop by when I am in the area and I will resolve the problem and they said Ok On 1-26-I then finished another project in their area and stopped by [redacted] **I operated each curtain that was installed and each curtain operated perfectly, the curtains were down and looked as if the curtains were getting used oftenI locked the curtains into the down position and left the home as I could not find any problems with the product I will once again go back out to the home and see if there are any more issues that may need to be resolved Thanks [redacted] Operations Manager [redacted]

fact they picked out a fabric and paid a deposit of $700 around 11-2-17 after the curtains were installed the customer called and stated they were not happy with the product due to pencil marks and straight curtains.  I met the customer on site and went over any complaints they had with them and resolved any problems at that time, that was around 12-13-17, and that is when I received the remaining balance of $800 to complete the project.  I do not believe I would have been paid for the project at that time if any or all issues would not have been resolved.  The customer then called me back around mid January of 2018 and told me the curtains were not right, I ask what the problems were and they stated "its just not right", I told them I will stop by when I am in the area and I will resolve the problem and they said Ok.  On 1-26-18 I then finished another project in their area and stopped by [redacted]. I operated each curtain that was installed and each curtain operated perfectly, the curtains were down and looked as if the curtains were getting used often.
