We made a mistake when we told Mr*** the we could honor his year free maintenance but since we are not a GMC dealer we found out we couldn’t do itWe only charged Mr*** for his NYS inspection which is not part of the free maintenance packageSince then everyone in the store knows that
we can’t do free maintenance on GMC vehiclesI have called and emailed Mr*** as I would like to apologize for the inconvenience he had due to our mistake
