I still haven't received the money that was taken (stolen, at this point!) out of our checking account, for the Electro Stylus engraving tool I ordered back on October 27, 2016!? It was on "back order" and the money wasn't to be taken out until the Electro Stylus came in and was shipped.? Well it was taken out right away-- even though the tool was discontinued because the manufacturer can't get the parts, I was told.? I had called and talked to someone (usually Chelsea) about it, at least seven times, each time being assured it was being taken care of.? I have not seen the money to this day!? EVEN after writing a letter to Stephen on March 10, about it.? I have not heard a thing back from Stephen, or anyone, about it.? I have given you PLENTY of time to make this right, by just sending me my money.? It has now been over months since I placed the order!! This is no way to run a business!? I would rate them with a zero if I could. I paid in advance for a roll of stencil. They sent me the wrong product. They will not replace or refund my money, over $200.
I have called numerous times to get a return label to return the product. I have sent emails and letters. They keep promising to send the label. They have my fax number, email address, and business address. I have doing business with Wenzco for more than 30 years. The new owners are as crooked as they come.
Shop else ware or get screwed. Your choise.
