The owner and I have been in conversation today regarding this issue and a resolution will be decided before January 1st regarding this employees future employment
This issue is being turned over to the owner of the business for an immediate correction to the continuing problem. This is 1 of several complaints on this employee and is out of my hands as a manager to correct, but it will be addressed directly after Christmas. I will inform of the final decision...
