Verbal response from Darren, Parts Mgr - Customer brought parts back, I refunded some parts, one had grease in a recessed areaThe consumer stated he dropped it, Darren said he could not refund the one part because it looked like it had been installed, because of the greaseThe consumer left
the part with me, I held it a few days thinking he would come back for it, then discarded it as we could not resell because of prior use
Paul from the business called and said that this had been taken care of with Chrysler and is resolved

I called myself and had to send proof of the paper they didnt file. And it seems my whole file at S&S has disappeared.
