We're Not Really Strangers

I ordered a hoodie from the company on 9/4 and delivered on 9/8. However it was a t shirt instead of the hoodie.
I ordered the hoodie on 9/4 and delivery was on 9/8. However the product was a t shirt instead of the hoodie. I immediately emailed the company notifying them of the error. I received an email that stated that they needed the order number and a picture of the product that I received which I sent back to them. I then emailed them again after not receiving a response and received a mass pre printed email that all orders will be delivered asap. I emailed them back to let them know it was not an order in transit but a return. This has been the common response form them . I did get an email on 9/14 that I could choose another product or get e refund so I chose the refund but never heard back from them. I sent another email out again on 9/29 and received the same mass printed mail about delivery service. I did respond to that that once again it is a return but not a delivery and have yet to respond.
