I was charged exssecise cleaning fees after move out. I have lived in about 7 different apartment complexes and have never had this issue. Also, maintenance requests are ignored unless you live in one of the nicer apartments. If you could possibly be relocated for work, expect a heavy termination fee with no way out of it. The office staff usually is lazy but responsa quickly on most occasions. Very safe community, and a decent experience but the move out process was terrible.
I am reviewing lumiere chandler condos for issues with maintenance and staffing. We are currently on week 3 of having issues with our A/C unit. our electric bill is through the roof because they cannot seem to fix my issue. I have requested multiple service techs to come out to the apartment and they still have not fixed the leaking and it being continuously on.
