I am rejecting this response because Werner's Catering does not admit fault or responsibility, nor do they offer an apologyThey do not offer the requested refund, and their response is completely inaccurate and untruthful - which is the root of the p***lem with this companyThey lack honesty and integrity.
***, who responded to my complaint, clearly does not understand the events of the eveningIt is very difficult to "argue" with someone who does not make sense nor responds to the complaints against them.
For instance:
the "Tennessee Tea" and "Bourbon punch" were the same drink - not separate drinks - however, she talks about them separately and refers to them as "both drinks"(this is the least of my complaints with the bartending, however it clearly demonstrates that she has no understanding of the events that evening).
As you will see from the email from the reception venue (below), it was clear that the staff was NOT busing tables as *** falsely claimsI have photos that guests sent me showing the tables stacked with food, plates, cups, and trash.
I do not know what she is talking about? But if it is true that they threw away food, I do not understand why it was not available to the guests.
The bride requested that the silverware be placed on the serving line, NOT on the tablesAdditionally, the wedding planner as well as my mother and father stated that there were NOT enough forksThe wedding planner helped to wash them.
We included ALL vendors in the total number when we gave the caterer the final guest count, so they were all paid for (all band members, the coordinator, photographers, videographer, florist, etcfood and alcohol were paid for)The 15-guests that did not show were paid for as well and should have been included in the caterer's preparation, so there should have been ABUNDANT food and alcohol All guests who arrived, regardless of time, had RSVP'd and were counted in the final numbers
My mother in law (the grooms mother) was not aware nor involved in any issues with the caterer that evening, and she certainly did not touch anyone After discussing the issue with everyone present and involved that evening, I am certain that the claims *** made are false I can also attest that the Werner's Catering Manager was NOT respectful or professional, as I personally spoke with her that evening Had Werner's been 'accommodating" as they claimed, we would not be in this present situation.
I am happy to send the entirety of the attachments and official copies of all correspondence to Revdex.com if needed or requestedI have evidence of all claims I have made and can independently verify their truth and validityThe "Werner's Breach of Contract" letter was sent to them via registered mail along with all attachments in their entirety (I have only included a summary of the attachments at this time) As the original complaint stated, they have not responded in over a month since the letter was sent

Below is the email from the venue, *** ***, regarding Werner's at my wedding:
Hi Lauren,
First off, I am so sorry that you had this experience at your wedding!!
I too have emailed Werners and heard nothing back either, unfortunately Have you called them? I was going to do that this week - just to let them know of our disappointment and let them know they should contact any other of our clients that have booked them in the future and get out of the contract - because Werner's catering is not invited back to the hall
On my end, *** (my MOD during your wedding) said the lead woman (***? maybe) was nice and seemed to have somewhat a grasp of what was going on, but apparently Werner's hired a temp staffing company (maybe out of San Antonio?) - to which none of the staff had any experience catering *** said it was a mess No one bussed tables - and dirty dishes were piled up everywhere (which bussing tables seems like the easiest part) He said the staff just had NO idea what was going on and that *** himself did most of the break down *** also said that about 10:15pm, *** (or head person) looked at him asking what she should do about alcohol, realizing just then that they ran out? He thought that was odd - that she is the leader of the catering crew and didn't know what to do or have a grasp of what the situation wasOverall, *** sees lots of events (even our budget events - non-profits/fundraisers) but this is the first time over the past year he said this catering company was a real mess

To Whom it may concern:
Our Catering Manager was making rounds to both bars every half hourAt 10:15pm Both bars were out of Vodka and WineBoth bars still had plenty of beer, Tennessee Tea and Bourbon PunchBoth drinks were made exactly as was instructed as per the bride.
The tables were cleared all night both inside and outsideThe picture of the round table top was the one that belonged to the Band members and our staff was instructed to not touch that table at all or throw any trash away all night
As for the foodAs per the Brides' request all the guests were instructed to let them eat firstWhen the bridal party along with Bride and Groom came through the Buffet line the food had been restocked and ready for themAt this time we still had both meatsAt the end of the night we had to throw away all the left overs including both meats.
The silverware was set out on the tables as per the brides' requestWe had an additional extra rolls of silverware at the end of the night.
Per the email it was estimated that there was 15-20ish people that did not showThe bride had plus band members venue people, coordinator, and additional guests that showed up at 9:15pm that did not RSVP per the family member that had us wait later for them to show up as we did.
Our Catering Consultant did not appreciate the conduct of the Both Mothers'Especially when she(the groom's mom) decided to put her hands on her(Mgr) mouth and tell her to shut her mouthOur Catering Manager clearly displayed total respect and professionalism even though both mom's were rude and disrespectfulClearly we are not in the business of yelling, shouting, or rudely putting our hands on our guestWe practice being as accomidating as possible in a professional mannerBut this was clearly not the case
