I talked to *** ***. I explained to her that the church changed the passcode for entry and we couldn't get into the building. *** wasn't aware that we couldn't get into the building. In good faith, we issued a credit for the two days that we couldn't service the
property. I let her know that we would continue to clean the property until she could find another solution. She agreed to this resolution and said that she would follow up with the Revdex.com indicating the same
