Review: I have been a dealing with this company for the last six months. The first issue I had fixed and resolved. The second issue I had was handled very unprofessionally. April 2016 my engine was malfunctioning the same way it had been prior to me having it repaired 6 months ago, I assumed the same problem was occurring. When I arrived at the dealership, one of the representative told me my issue may be carbon build up. instead the issue was with an engine coil. I had the coil repaired and the dealership said I would be fine and I had a warranty on the repair. A week later my car does the same exact thing, I proceed to go to the dealership and the representative by the name of [redacted] who is beyond rude, inconsiderate and unconcerned with my issue as a customer was completely objective to anything I had to say and was not interested in getting my car repaired. My complaint: If there was an issue with two of my coils wouldn't it be common courtesy as a dealership to notify me that the other coils are also at risk. My car stopped working in the middle of the freeway which put me in great risk, because the dealership lack of communication. Why wasn't I notified that this may be a reoccurring problem? As a delaship in 2016 there is no way you could have predicted that the other coils were in need of repair ? What is the diagnostics test for? If the diagnostics test said that one of the coils were bad, as company with some integrity and ethics shouldn't why did no one bother to check the other coils? I also feel as if [redacted], told a complete lie to my face when she told me there was no way they could predict if a coil is going to give out. Why wasn't I given a recommendation to repair the coils as a set ?Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for my earlier repair or a repair for the coils that was not checked during my diagnostics check.

Response:
Hello -- the company and I have since resolved the issue. They called me to resolve the issue and fixed the additional problems free of charge.
