The customer was up set that her car was towed I understand but her facts isn't right the police dept had her car towed we have to follow there rules far as the fee we just collect the fees that's given to us by the city we only receive
from the total bill far as her driver lic we have to make copys then fax it along with a paid recipt to the police dept far as the vin we don't not make the police report we copy whats on there report onto a house blue sheet if we notice its wrong we have to correct it then send it to the police deptfar as payment the city have us collect cash for the reason of people has written so many bad checks and stop payment on the credit cars that falls back on the company and we have to pay far as someone being rude if the customer would come in and ask to speak to the owner I would address that I don't know what lady she is talking about but I am going to address the whole staff I would like to make the customer happy
