Thank you for your inquiry. Ms. [redacted] came in and bought a low pressure pump with mattress on 08/12/15. Before then she has been calling our office for 3 days inquiring about the product. I told her that this is a special order and it is not...
returnable. This was special order, the manufacturer can only take it back with a 30% restocking fees. She knew this and specially stated in the receipt.
I offered to take back with 30% restocking fees that the manufacturer is Requesting. She said know. Our sales receipt [redacted] is enclosed for our proof.
