I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***
The first account was when I bought the houseThe house is a unitI moved from that side and rented out the other sideI ordered oil previously to the other unit and had oil delivered no problemI ordered and paid in full gal and the delivered gal to both units(each) I do not live in the other unit and it was leased outThe tenant moved and I have a new tenantI did not give permission nor did I order an extra gal for the other unitThe spout is clearly marked ** *** ** *** *** and the other unit is on * *** *** The driver could not get in contact with me so he delivered an extra gal that I am not able to use I do not feel like I am responsible to pay for the extra gal oil because I did not order nor did I use it! It was a mistake on the drivers behalfThe company should address this with matter with the driver
