I needed a central A/C unit for my rental apt in Gainesville, FL and asked [redacted] , the owner, if they could refer me to an installer The said they had a list of about companies who would do the installation for $800, and they would email this list to me after I ordered and paid for the unit I paid for the unit on 5/19/with insrtuctions not to ship until I had arranged an installer from their list The list never came [redacted] refused to return my repeated phone calls and eventually they sent me an email (rather than the phone call which I had requested and was expecting) and said they had found an unspecified installer who wanted to look at the job firstI could no longer wait, and I asked for my money back on 5/21/ [redacted] told me to call the "Accounting Dept", who were "out to lunch" at pm on 5/ After three subsequent calls, [redacted] then told me that they do not take calls from customers Today is 5/and the credit has still not been processed

They took our credit card payment. The product never was delivered. We asked for a tracking number and the shipping manager [redacted] could not give us one. He could not tell us if it had shipped or when it would arrive. We ordered on 5/27/2015 called a week later they said that would send us tracking and confirmation . Called back on 6/8/2015 got the run around again no answers. They said they were canceling the order and refund the order because we were being difficult ???? Still could not give us info. Now saying 10 day to process a refund? Beware. The will take your money and not ship the product. The shipping manager is difficult to get answers from, and obviously failed to ship our product.

My experience with We Sell AC.

I bought aluminum trane /american standard case coil from this online vendor in late april 2014. Before I did the purchase, I look through their site and it seem to look good.They had different type of quality HVAC unit. I also look at their "RETURN POLICY". It was vague. "Please call them for return". Not great description but ok. I went ahead an made the purchase. Once I received it, I notice it was the wrong size so I ask if I could return it or exchange it right away. At this point, this is where it goes bad. Three weeks past, First week they ask if I could use the unit and transition with the furnace.(retro fit it). I told them it could not be possible. Second week go by and I told them,can we do an exchange. They said sure but they told me to purchase the two new unit first and we could do a RMA for the return unit. So I bought two more case coils and it came two weeks later,and those units were good. But No word of the RMA of the first unit. They told me that they would call me back next week. Dead silence. It does not take three weeks for RMA form. I still have unit in the box with the receipt over 4 months. All I know is there are only two guy working the 1800 in Florida. I calls for three week straight and I gave up.

Word of advice to consumers/online purchaser, when you spend $1000+ ac units. Consumer/Contractors Beware
