This is a warranty issue...as with all warranties on our products they are covered by the suppliersWe had to wait for the
suppliers replyWe had been calling the supplier for the reply to this complaintThe result was that it was due to waterThey do not cover this under any warranties for laminateAfter some discussions with us they were willing to help us to help our customer by willing to donate boxes to the customer for them to get it repairedBubbling in laminate is caused by waterThis actual complaint is next to the kitchen cupboard or close by and if water was on the affected area for a few minutes or for sometime we cannot tellWe have some e-mails back and forth to the customer stating this and they were going to stop by to pick this up at our shop but we have not heard from them since last e-mail on Feb22/

We understand that the supplier says it was caused by water by the kitchen island(nowhere near a water outlet however) that's fineWhat about the multiple other raised and bubbled areas throughout the main level flooring? There are raised areas by the baseboards, in the living area and other random areasThe issue is not resolving and only getting worseWe would like a better solution and the results are not satisfactory for such a high priced item.***

As stated in last e-mail, that was our final reply! We have the product in my office and will be returning it to the supplier if the customer does not show to pick up within weeks from today's dateTks!
