Covering of patio chairs unacceptableContract date:5/12/15 Swing and 6 patio chairs were to be recovered for $800. The 3 seats of the swing didn't match, and was redone. The covering of the chair backs do not fit the frame, much to short, and the putting them back together is a mess. Called [redacted], he said he would order material to redo chairs. I had to call several times before chairs were picked up to be recovered. When picked up on Wed. 8/26, I asked when we would get chairs back. Answer was, Fri, is that soon enough? Didn't bring chairs back so I called the next Fri. 9/4 am and was told as soon as the on delivery was finished, my chairs would be picked up and delivered to me. Sometimes during that day without me knowing when, 4 of my chairs were delivered to my patio (2 to backhouse). When I saw the chairs, I wanted to cry., nothing had been done to any chair. All of the chairs look bad./////Desired SettlementI would appreciate if my patio chairs were covered so I would not be ashamed of them./////
