Wesly heating and cooling are very fast to help out and take your money. Once they have your money you cant get in touch with a manager to even try and resolve your issue. Yes I called three times and only got a call back from the guy that did the work who said he can do nothing. Only the boss could help me and I would get a call back. Why was I not shocked that that did not happen two days in a row. Charged $285 for a part that costs $55. If I was told this part was $285 I would have said leave it alone and I will listen to the noise until it fails and deal with the $89 service charge. NO they went through the full system and charged us an extra hour because of something that was their fault in the first place. Now we have a $475 bill for what should have been an $89 service call and maybe $100 for a $55 part. I would never write this but all the people in charge are never there for me to talk with.
