systemWe told the home owner we will replace the heat system and put down new tile and they wanted to hold off because they were tired of the construction going on in their homeWe spoke of holding off until they were ready and while waiting for a time to come back and do the floor the home owners went against their contract and brought a outside party in and broke out more tile to trace wires and this voids their contract making all work non-warrantiedMatters were turned over to *** *** ** *** * *** and *** agreed to let us repair and patch the broken tiles and at a later date remove deffected tile and heat system to be replaced

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the outside party [redacted] was speaking of was the floor heating system factory rep and all work and tiles torn out were either with [redacted] or one of his employees on site or with [redacted] permission over the phone.  He said the work voided the warranty, but it shouldn't have with his permission to do the testing of the floor.  I received a text from their attorney stating dates as to when the floor will be completed with a warranty.
