I have been requesting a refund of $78 for Wesley Virgins overnight millionaire package because after emailing customer service repeatedly I never received everything that was promised in the webinar.
I am also requesting a $750 refund for their “done for you service” which I never received any coaching. one of the Agents ***ied to me that said that a landing page was made for me so they wouldn’t have to give me a refund. Part of the done for you Service is that you’re supposed to sit with a coach and they show you how to make a landing page so that you can do it on your own later on. Besides they would not disclose to me what the domain name was that they used to make this landing page so I was unable to see what the landing page looked like that was allegedly made for me.
I’ve either received ghosting from customer service to get my money back or I’ve been lied to. I have emailed customer service regularly for at least a month now to get my money back and they never get back to me but when I was paying them they called be within a minute to take my credit card number.

I have worked with *** several times in my company. Her landing page has been finalized and she was sent it on numerous occasions. I have over 3k members in my group and always honor refund requests when the landing page has been done. Here is her landing page link https://www.wealthmanifestationweb.com/

She stated she wanted a refund due to the corona virus and her being scared but in my sales page it states where the customer must click no refunds if landing page was done. On top of it we had coaches who messaged her as well and welcomed her and did the steps with her.

Attached is the screenshot to her landing page as well as customer verification with date she was contacted and that she was satisfied.

No one has worked with me with this company numerous times and I was never provided a landing page. These are all blatent lies. AcCording to their policy and in their description of what you receive, you’re supposed to sit with a coach to learn how to put together a landing page. This NEVER happened. They do not have my domain name that is to be used for a landing page. They are lying so they do not have to give me my money back. They never ever sent me any links to any landing page whatsoever in any email and I have repeatedly requested emails back from customer service. I can show you how many emails I have sent requesting a response from customer service and I have not received any. I am still requesting my $750 back plus the $78 for the product that I never received all of the promised products and bonuses.

Please return my $750 plus the $78 back to the card that was my money was taken from. I have requested this repeatedly within the proper timeframe and Wesley Virgins company is just delaying the process so that they can steal my money. Their actions are very fraudulent and if not resolved through this manner should be taken to a much higher investigation through the FBI, FTC, and FCC. I’ve heard similar complaints from other people that have reached out to me stating that they too have been trying to get their money back and Wesley’s company has refused to return their money. I see The only person that is getting rich is Wesley Virgin. The scam definitely needs to be thoroughly investigated!

Not worth the trouble. I am not impressed. The 5 cds series is a bunch of recording, some about 2 minutes long' stating the same information in his sales pitch just the verbage is different. I just want my money back and I hope he really does help people.

I think it's wonderful and I believe the people who are complaining are the ones who complain about everything. I was looking for someone to say I did all the things they asked me to do within 6 months or year and I haven't seen any results. Yet there individual complaint of individuals who hasn't even applied the methods. I guess they were looking for a magic pill.

Omg I’m going threw the worst customer service experience ever I seen the link clicked on it from *** made three purchases within the same time frame on my credit card on the website then seen that all it does is ask you to purchase video links that’s are confusing sent in spam emails that make no sense and is all over the place I was like omg this is so stressful a complete scam and so confusing I didn’t understand what was going on so at the same time I purchased the products which are confusing emails thats it ! I asked if I can cancel them right away and get refunded because all they send you is spam emails and it’s just all over the place and they said they can refund everything and they are sorry I wasn’t comfortable with the product obliviously because it’s a scam then I seen that three of my transactions were all pending and they said because they are all pending they would cancel them out and make sure there wont be any payments coming out that I made with them because I cancelled it soon as I purchased it and I didn’t use or open any of there products because it’s so confusing it’s just emails which I’m sure they could see on there end as well so they agreed to cancel out the purchases from there website and that I won’t have any further payments taken out of my card but then I checked my credit card and the $197 that was pending from the three transactions was removed from my bank account when I confronted them they said they couldn’t see that transaction and I shouldn’t see any transactions from there website then I kept sending emails to there customer support no one was responding so I called them and a man named Carlos answered and all he said was I understand your concern I’m sorry about that I see that you tried to cancel your transaction and the reason why the $197 wasn’t cancelled is because that purchase which was made the same day that I was told all my transaction would be cancelled because I cancelled it right then and there soon as I made it oh that side of The customer service chat can not see you also had a purchase for 197 there so they didn’t cancel it for you but now your talking to the part of the website who can see that you were charged 197 and you asked for a refund to the wrong part of the same website customer service which on there website there was only one customer service chat link and that’s who I spoke to so it doesn’t make sense when I call the number to there customer service Carlos is telling me that there are two parts of customer service and one side can’t see some transactions and that’s why that amount wasn’t refunded and I was like what is going on lord and the crazy part is iv been sending emails to the support email which is this email and he told me the same exact email and said yes I see your emails that you sent and I have to send it to another part of our customer service give them 48 hours to give you a call back and resolve your problems which on there website it says they would even email you back in 48 hours and Iv been emailing them for about two weeks and haven’t even been reached back to and he just told me he seen my emails on his computer and he has to send it to another part of there customer service because I sent it to the right email but he has to resend it to another person I was like oh my god this is such a scam I have to Dispuit this with my bank I don’t understand what’s going on here at all ? This has to be the worst customer service on earth and the biggest scam ever !!! I’m still waiting for a response from there customer service which said they could cancel my transaction soon as I made the purchase yet took the money out of my credit card ! And didn’t see the transaction on there end all the sudden now I have to wait to speak to another side of customer service which I think it’s all the same people and it’s some sort of huge scam who doesn’t refund all transactions if you ask them to refund it soon as you made the transaction and then refunds some yet not one of them and says they don’t see it on there end but it’s coming from the same website and the money is out of your bank account completely keep you calling and emailing with no response or your refund of $197 ? Even thoe you cancelled your order same day as you made your orders ?? Can I please get some help here ?

I want my card information to be taken off but I cant find anything and I dont have a login this was a complete waste of time

Horrible experience. You receive about 10 emails, all filled with spam and with completely unprofessional formatting that it even makes it hard for someone educated to figure out what is even going on. You can opt in to a 7 day free trial which allows you to opt out at any time before in order to not pay $47/month... Except, when you actually do click proceed when paying, you will NEVER receive anything to log in to, you will receive bogus log in details, and you will only get responses from bots or people with no clue how to actually serve customers. You will have your request ignored to opt out of the 7 day free trial, you will have people tell you the opposite of what you saw on the advertisement page about money back guarantee and you will ultimately have to file for dispute with your bank and provide all details of the email correspondence with this fake, scammy, untrustworthy company. This man has literally just built a maze of jargonny buzz words and trending keywords in order to try to sell you some *** "mind hacks". Completely fake, completely useless product/service. Not even worth the time.
