I was so impressed with the Customer Service Wesmor provided during an Insurance Repair to my roof, office, and garage that I resurrected my old dream of taking my 2 small bathrooms and turning them into one large bathroom. My Dream came true and my experience with Wesmor was nothing but positive. Every phone call, text message and direct conversation was answered. Any concerns about the project along the way was fixed immediately and I was never left hanging. While the project was going on, I soon realized I was somewhat inexperienced in some of my decision making and the contractor never made me feel bad about it. They fixed it immediately.

Wesmor was a great company to work with. They were very professional and very friendly as well. My house was damaged by an accidental fire due to me spitting straight fire while recording my mixtape and the last thing I wanted to do was spend a ton of money trying to do the repairs. Just kidding, it wasn't my fire mixtape (which you can find on my [redacted], just search [redacted]), it was mostly the marshmallows I was roasting over my stove that I forgot about when a really funny episode of [redacted] came on tv. I was just trying to help my kids do some urban camping, know what i'm saying? The stove caught on fire and by the time the smoke smell got to my bedroom where the TV is at and where we set up our "campsite" it was too late. Luckily it only burnt the kitchen and my studio was safe.

When I did some research I found that this company is the one of the best in the area and they showed it! Everything from my first phone call was great. The office staff was very friendly and understanding of my situation, they understood how tough it is to be an aspiring rapper and a single father. KC (I don't want to put his full name online for safety reasons) was the project manager and he even checked out my home studio (which is actually an old [redacted] and a microphone I stole from my son's [redacted] game set up in my walk in closet with some towels on the door to sound proof it) and KC even agreed to drop a verse on a song for me in his native Maori but that is beside the point (but if you want to hear it it'll be on my [redacted] very soon).

The point is, Wesmor is an awesome company with awesome employees that got the job done well and in a timely matter. I even got a call from the big boss himself, the owner, the OG, just to check in on how everything went and I told him that it was great and that if he ever wanted to drop a couple of bars on a new track I got coming out that he could and he politely declined and said that he prefers country music.

Wesmor, Inc. completed our water damage repairs in a timely and business like manner. They took my calls and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. They also handled another problem we had at another address and was very helpful.

I wish I could say I had a good experience with them. But I can't. IMO, they just don't care about the customer. They made several mistakes when they restored my fire-damaged home. I had to have them come back again and again. I would never use them again. It was a nightmare.

My home was rebuilt completely by Wesmor inc. after it was completely lost in a fire. They were great in responding to our needs and built a home that is enjoyable to live in.

Wesmor Inc is an outstanding company with professional ethics. Their prices are fair and accurate. They treat you like family; I felt very comfortable working with them. The first time I worked with them was a repair of damage from a Water Heater that leaked and caused damage. The repair was excellent and the next time I contacted them it was in regards to another Insurance Repair with a rental property. Again, they were prompt to respond and did an excellent job. In the fall of the same year, I used their services for a remodel which was above right on cost, but the quality was outstanding. Their work is high quality and the tile man, actually all the team are artists!

My husband and I have finally found a contractor as meticulous as we are. We worked with Wesmor first for laminate flooring, and again most recently on a bathroom remodel. We could not be happier. Every detail is perfect! The crew was timely, professional, kind, efficient, and cleaned as they worked. They laid paper on the floors and hung plastic to protect other areas of our home. The service from the owner and the office staff was equally wonderful.

Our home was built in 1980 and we have a lot of updating to do. I'm looking forward to working with Wesmor over the next few years to get all our remodeling done. Great people. Great work. Great value. No stress. Thank you, Wesmor!

We had major water damage in our home. We have been working with Wesmor Inc on the rebuild. Wesmor had to basically rebuild our entire home from 4 feet down on the walls. All new sheetrock, insulation etc. They worked with us and our insurance and handled everything on their end to get the job done. They did a fantastic job and even did some updates and extras for us along the way that we didn't have previously. We figured as long as we are doing this might as well add some things we always wanted. They did a great job from start to finish. This job was no easy task and they got it all done very professionally. The owner Brian is great and very responsive and all the different trades and people he uses are great and easy to talk to. If you are considering a remodel or have water damage etc I highly recommend them. They know the process well.

What a very positive experience I had with them, I had an issue and even called New Years day and Callen answered the phone and was very kind about my calling when he was asleep...the subs were clean workers and good.....

We had a pretty bad experience with them. Basically, they were hired to do some construction on our water-damaged home after their sister company, Day & Night, cleaned up the mold.
Wesmor was extremely hard to get in touch with - they claimed that they were too busy on other jobs to talk to us. Ridiculous. How were we supposed to know what type of cabinets, carpets, etc. would fit into the insurance budget without someone from Wesmor talking to us? When someone from Wesmor did talk to us, they were always in a hurry and off to some other job.
Also, the work that Wesmor did was not very good - the painting had to be done twice, there was some sort of glue on the counters, etc. No one from Wesmor bothered to check to see if the work was done right.
The final straw was when we recently asked for the mold test report that a Wesmor employee had claimed was done. Wesmor and Day & Night could not find it, and blamed the other. I believe the air quality report was never done. If it was, it was incredibly sloppy record keeping.
Lastly, I have left several messages and emails for the owner, hoping he could try to resolve the air quality test situation, since we were trying to sell our condo and needed to have that report. We had to pay for it ourselves! The owner never bothered to call me back. That speaks volumes about this business.

Wesmor Inc installed my laminate flooring, replaced and painted all interior doors and replaced and painted the baseboard in the living room. Our experience was a pleasant one and the employees were thorough and considerate throughout the experience. I would hire Wesmor again for any home improvements or home remodels again. Our house was damaged due to a water leak and I chose Wesmor Inc to do the repair work. I was so impressed with the tremendous customer service we had with this company. The project manager, Kallan C[redacted], was a delight to work with. He stayed on top of the many sub contractors who did the repairs. He is very customer oriented and trustworthy!
