Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The W.88th Stgarage attendant at 4:AM did NOT tell me (when I asked him) that clocking in min earlier than 5:AM would nullify the $coupon I showed him & I asked him if it would matter!! I asked him if early arrival would effect $coupon & he said "no"W.88th garage is benefiting from the advertisement of [redacted] where I found the coupon online for [redacted] garage; therefore w.88th garage is culpable of gaining a benefit & unjust enrichment from [redacted] 's advertising of [redacted] garage [redacted] is condoning advertising that they are benefitting from & is simply another form of their deceitThe ONLY reason I used [redacted] garage was because I had the $coupon found in a search for W.side NYC parking which I also told the 5:AM attendant! The coupon does not refer to "over-sized" vehciles, it specifies "SUV" onlyI drive a minivan & have recent receipts from numerous other NYC garages for the day (hrs or so) for $14-tops!! NO other garage has considered my minivan an SUV or "over-sized" vehicle-Again, coupon says extra charge for SUV not for minivanSign at [redacted] garage says "over-sized" but does NOT specify that a minivan constitutes "over-sized" & if that were the case, [redacted] had an obligation to tell me in advance NOT at check-outAgain, at check-out attendant "***" began yelling & cursing " [redacted] " several times in front of my daughter, demanding I pay himI will photocopy coupon & mail it to Revdex.com or try to photo w/phone & upload as coupon says: "Tax included; For SUV - Add $per day" NOT minivan nor "over-sized" & again, NO sign at w.88th stgarage defining what "over-sized" meansI want $REFUND!!! I do not believe that [redacted] had parked in our parking facility located at [redacted] The BBB complaint was addressed to West 88th Garage LLC but with our address. Our Early Bird at the above... located address is Enter 5AM - 9 AM Up to 12 hours = 15.21 plus tax = $18.00. The complaint was stating the early bird special Enter 5am - 10am for 12.67. ( This is not our rate). I can provide photos of the signs showing the current rate. I can also provide a past photo from April 2014 showing the previous rate which is not the 12.67 as stated in the complaint. This location never, at anytime, had that 12.67 rate.

West 88th garage does not do business with [redacted] this is a website the post pricing for parking garage around the city does not guarantee any prizes. Garage is operate with a POS system name Ticketech that calculate rates base on time of stay. Attendants are not allowed to change times...

or rates at all. So when customer pulled in that morning it was before our $15 that is effective from 5am to 10am out by 7pm. So the POS did not grant her the early bird special. On the $15 additional fee customer drive a minivan  that surpass the regular vehicle measurements that are 181" in length and 70" on height, so she was advise that there will be an additional charge because of that.
When customer arrive a 3:30pm POS calculate a total stay at the garage was 10hrs and 35min our rate for this period of time is $42 up to 24hrs plus the oversize fee of $15 give us the total of $57.
Attendant gave her a website where she can find parking at a discounted price so she wound have to pay the full amount requested by the POS SYSTEM.
Attached are two picture from [redacted]  clearly showing that the rates are not guarantee and that oversize cars have a $15 additional  fee.

Review: I used a coupon for NYC parking found on [redacted] for [redacted]. Coupon asked time of arrival & departure-I entered 5:Am as anticipated time of arrival coming from Out-of-Town & 5:PM to depart. I have used services before and the exact time never created a consequences, particulary a 5 minute earlier arrival. Coupon promised rate of $15 including tax-Stated extra $15 for SUV-NOT a minivan as I drive a minivan. I arrived at [redacted] at 4:55AM. I showed male on duty the coupon & asked if my 5 minute early arrival was an issue and he said "NO". Nor did he say my minivan was an SUV as the coupon referred to SUV. I have never had a NYC garage charge me for an over-sized vehicle for my minivan nor call my minivan an SUV. Upon my return at 3:30-4:PM to pay & pick-up my car, male attendant said name was "[redacted]" said computer was charging me $57 because my time stamp was 4:55 Am not 5:AM & that he had no control over the computer. Said my minivan was oversized (NOT stated on coupon either) & that I had to pay xtra $15 for minivan. I politely argued terms of coupon he said was not their responsibility despite coupon being SOLE for using [redacted] hence coupon grabbed their business on terms of $15 for day. [redacted] & "[redacted]" "[redacted]" denied honoring coupon. [redacted] cursed at me to pay "[redacted]" $57 then contradicitng his claim it was computer fault because of time stamp of 4:55A instead of 5:AM, he said to use my SmartPhone to pay $25 online then add'l $15 for oversized to his face claiming online payment does not recognize oversized add'l charge. [redacted] cursing at me that if I did not pay online he would charge me $57 & yelled [redacted] again that he would call [redacted] cops. Distressed & w/my child, I paid online $25 arguing false advertising & paid add'l $15 w/same credit card. Told him if it was a computer problem he could have just charged me the $25 online without forcing me to pay him add'l $15. [redacted] & [redacted] were hostile, nasty & falsely advertising on behalf garage.Desired Settlement: I want a REFUND of $25 because that was the advertised amount. The only reason I patronized [redacted] Garage NYC was because of the promised coupon for $15 but was forced to pay $40 or I would have been forced to $57. I have pictures of signs, all payment receipts, copies of advertised rate of $15, took identifying pictures of scene. I was NEVER told 5 minute early arrival would nullify coupon nor does coupon warn or nullifying rate; I was not told minivan was SUV rate or oversized!

Review: on 9/*/14 The Early Bird Special Advertised "Enter 5am-10am for 12.67. I arrived by 9:50 and had to wait for parking attendant who finally arrived and stamped my parking ticket 10.01 and refused to honor The Early Bird Special. I filed an on line complain with [redacted] but they have refused to reply to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of 32.00 paid less the advertised price of 12.67 plus applicable tax.
