I applied almost weeks ago for an apartment that I was told would be available on the 23/24th of August I have called, emailed office, main office to inquire on my status of the application and still nothing This is income restricted apartment and I meet those qualifications, I feel that there was never an available apartment to begin with I was just being told there was now I am in process of looking for antoher apartment though this one would have been perfect for my income and family, single mom at this point just want my deposit back!!!

When I moved into the apartment complex the manager did not tell me that I have to have a visitor parking pass to park in the visitor spot, when I already have a residence parking passSomeone had taking my parking spot at night which made me park my vehicle in the visitor parking spotNext morning I had came out and my vehicle was has been towed by the apartment complexIt cost me $just to take out my vehicle from the towing companyI have spoken to a person who works for the corporate office and she told me that the apartment complex did the same thing to herAs a residence of this apartment complex I feel that this is not fair, and that my vehicle is not safe if this happens againTowing company had told me that I have right to call the company on the vehicle that is in my space, but manager told me that they are not allowed to give out any of that informationSo also miscommunication going on
