Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/17) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] GM Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ***@WESTBROTHERS.COM [redacted] 'S AVEO HAS HAD A TOTAL OF THREE VISITS TO OUR SERVICE FACILITY IN 148,MILES7/13/WAS THE FIRST WHEN SHE DROPPED OFF HER VEHICLE REQUESTING TO HAVE THE TIMING BELT REPLACED WE DID NOT PERFORM ANY DIAGNOSTICS SINCE IT WAS A REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT 7/23/SHE VISITED OUR SHOP TO HAVE DIAGNOSTICS PERFORMED TO DETERMINE WHY THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS NOW ONSHE DID NOT LEAVE IT BECASUE SHE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT WHILE THIS WAS PERFORMED 8/3/SHE RETURNED TO HAVE THE DIAGNOSTIC PERFORMEDWEST BROTHERS INFORMED HER THAT THE VEHICLE REQUIRED BOTH THE CAMSHAFT ACTUATOR AND SELENOID NEEDED TO BE REPLACEDSHE REQUESTED THAT ONLY THE SELENOID BE REPLACED AND DECLINED THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ACTUATOR SHE CALLED WHEN THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON, AGAIN WEST BROTHERS TOLD HER THAT THE ACTUATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED FOR THIS LIGHT TO STAY OFF WHEN SHE WAS INFORMED OF THIS FOR THE SECOND TIME SHE BEGAN TO MAKES THREATS REGARDING LITIGATION, SHE WAS THEN INFORMED THAT SHE COULD NO LONGER CONTINUE COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE DEALERSHIP EMPLOYEES 8/3/WAS HER LAST VISIT WHEN THE CODES CONFIRMED THE NEEDED REPAIRSTHE ACTUATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND SHE HAS DECLINED THAT SERVICE WEST BROTHERS PERFORMED AS SHE REQUESTED AND IS NOT RESPONSABLE FOR THE ENGINE LIGHT

Since I have reported this problem, I have received additional letters of rejection from seperate banks/credit companiesI need to know why my credit is continually still being checked it seems on a daily basis by west brothersAnd I need it stopped immediately and correctedSincerely, [redacted]
