I've never been treated in such a mannerAs a business owner that's open to the public you should always want to present yourself in a professional mannerI went to get braiding services here at this shop and everything started off greatThe lady seemed very professional and friendlyShe began service on my hair and the moment I asked her general question about the fullness of my braids she got really upsetShe wanted me to get up and see my hair before she went any furtherI could tell she was irritated by my questionI took a mirror to look at my hair and she ask me did I like it, my reply was yesShe also asked me was it full enough but I replied I really couldn't tell because she had just beganShe got so upset and told me she wasn't going to finish my hairI was so confused as of why because I advised her I liked it I asked her what was going on and she said this has happened before and she didn't want to finish my hairThis was my 1st time visiting this shop and I will never go backI did not think it was a problem to ask a general question about my hair especially since I was paying her $As she cut my braids out she yelled and cursed and me and I yelled and cursed backShe was very nasty and unprofessionalI was so shocked and upset that I even wanted to try this shopNever again !!
