after, she was aware of this once she moved in unfortunately if we do this for her we will have to do it for all.
we also did receive a call about the hot water we advised her to talk to the management company on site they are in charge of the boilers on the property since once we send out guy he explained that it had to do with main boiler room .
we have replaced her refrigerator we never received a email or call about it until I sent her over the statement for charges she was pending .
I also received an email from her stating she was aware of all fees and fine that she will pay once she received her income tax check.
