Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

I researched the complaint with all that were involvedRegarding the oil changes and tire rotations, the GM program was years OR 24,miles*** currently has almost 30,milesWe did go ahead and take care of the oil change in question out of goodwill The
lease contract was for monthsThe beginning mileage showed and the mileage allowance was 10,miles per year40,are the allowable miles over the term of the lease without penaltyThis is stated very clearly in the lease contract. Jessica works in our Business Development CenterHer job is to reach out to customers that potentially are in a good position to tradeShe makes no guarantees as there are many variables involvedUpon gathering all the facts, the Managers involved as well as Theo recommended that it is too soon to trade out of the vehicle. At their current pace, the mileage would indeed be over the allotted mileage on the leaseJessica was merely recommending that we pull all the data together to see if it was a good time to tradeWe recommend that *** waits and we can reevaluate in another year I will agree to send *** a gas card to offset the time and miles that they droveWe had only good intentionsPlease have the customer contact me if they would like to proceedSincerely, Jason K*** General Manager j***@hareauto.com 317-773-

* To Whom It May Concern, I am writing you in response to the complaint that was received by you all from Mr*** ***. I am aware that Mr*** was here at Hare Chevrolet and purchased a vehicle from us on May 14th, 2016. As far as the time it took to complete a car sale, four hours is not too far off. It does typically take some time and we ask that our customer’s bear with us during the process. We try our hardest to make sure we have everything we need and that everything is done prior to the customer leaving so that we don’t have to have them returnAs far as the back and forth of the deal, this is typically communication during any car deal. The sales person is to work the deal with the desk and therefore some back and forth does occur. If information was told to the customer but then changed, this would have been due to the fact that the sales person provided information before speaking with the desk or finance department. As we work through deals information provided to us from the customer may bring up new questions or change some of what may have been already establishedIn regards to the other issues he speaks of, I am not sure what those are. What I will say is that Mr*** brought the vehicle into our service center on June 2, 2016. It appears that the front windshield was cracked, the left side headlamp wasn’t working, and that the vehicle was dirty. Hare Chevrolet replaced the windshield, replaced the headlamp bulb, as well as detailed the vehicle free of charge. I hope that this took care of those other issues as well as the dirty vehicleAs far as the sales team member and the finance member I have had a verbal conversation with them in regards to their behavior If you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to give me a callSincerely, Danielle H*** Hare Chevrolet/Fairway Financial Stony Creek Rd Noblesville, IN317-773-

Customer came in 8/1/for an inspection and a brake concern After the inspection, we found that the brake rotors need to be resurfaced and a small oil leak from around the oil pan drain plugAfter the estimate was approved for the brakes and the drain plug, we proceeded with repairs when
the drain plug was removed we found the threads were stripped and had been repaired some where previously and the drain plug would not screw back in due to being stripped The only way to repair properly would be to replace the oil panAfter talking with the customer, we agreed we would fix it at no cost to her and pay for the rental car, but did explain that we did not cause this and it would have happened no matter who removed the drain plug

***, *** leased two vehicles at the same timeWe paid their complaint for goodwill purposes on their original Revdex.com claimHowever, the payment due date is clearlyprinted on the paperwork on both leasesWe are declining to participate in this second claim

Better Business...

Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Both comments made by [redacted] are patently false. Firstly, I did not lease 2 vehicles; my sister and I each leased separate vehicles. The only connection between both of these leases were the facts that we used the same sales associate and finance manager: Darrell L** and Theo E[redacted], and the lies they offered regarding our first payment dates. We had successfully done business with Darrell in the past and placed our trust in his assurances that the first payment was April 28, 2015. Secondly, the FIRST payment date is nowhere listed on our documentation and we have 3 witnesses for both transactions where we were promised a first payment date of April 28, 2015. Additionally, there were multiple errors and revisions on our paperwork for both my deal and my sister's and we have retained copies for our records. If the business refuses to participate in this claim we will proceed to contact the Office of the Indiana Attorney General to settle this matter.
Regards,
[redacted]
