investigating the incidentMrs***'s insurer contacted us and told us he would look into the incident and take care of itApparently this has not happenedMr*** established with Mrs*** the following: West Central Sanitation had no employees present, there are no witnesses, the dumpster is moving (we do not know how or why)West Central Sanitation provides this dumsptser (container) for its customer's useWCS agreement with customer is we are not liable for the dumpster when it is not under our controlWe have no knowledge if the customer was rolling the container or notWe are in sympathy with Mrs*** but our position is we were not present, we have an agreement with our customer that has control of the container, we have no witnesses to our knowledgeWe may consider helping Mrs*** at some level, but do not agree that we are at fault in any way
