West Coast Alarm & Sound ([redacted]) installed a DSC alarm system on 1/31/2015 for $325.00 plus a monitoring fee of $35/month. Alarm Relay charges $15/month for monitoring so we told [redacted] on 2/01/15 that we would be using their services instead. Since then, a motion detector and and the master keypad have failed. Although we have called him repeatedly, he has refused to help us with his faulty equipment. On March 14 we filed a complaint with the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs.
