[redacted] , I am disagreement with Mr [redacted] statement to the Revdex.comI talked to the gentleman twice and clearly went over our return and refund policy that is clearly noted and had always been the same in our shop I informed him I would provide full store credit or a 25% restocking fee The firearm he ordered was a noncompliant CA firearm via our web site that stated it was restricted in CA It is the consumers responsibility to be aware of the state laws and what they are allowed to have He ordered this on dec and was a back stocked item It did show up and due to it being illegal for him to posses I had to pay to return it back to the warehouse He would only take 100% payment back I had occurred labor, shipping fees and now time to respond due to him not following state guidelines I will honor our store credit or refund him 75% of the cost of the firearm anytime he will accept it Regards, [redacted] Manager West Coast Ammo [redacted] Circle South Suite B [redacted] , CA [redacted] [redacted] ***

regards to my purchase which was made on December 20, 2017 not the 21st.
There was no mention or notification that the item that I was purchasing was on
backorder. This is verified by the email response from West Coast Ammo. Here is

West Coast ammo marked my purchase as 12-21-16. It was the lack
of actions on behalf of West Coast Ammo which delayed the legal purchase, thus
now making it illegal due to time passing on their side as a merchant.
I have attempted to resolve this issue on many occasions. A total
of five phone calls have been made from 12-31-16 to 03-07-17, with a total of
41 minutes talking time (via cellular) in addition, I had physically visited
the business on 4 separate occasions. These calls may be verified through my
cellular carrier.
Mr. [redacted], had instructed me that there had been different
managers prior to him during the initial time of purchase up to the first time
we spoke in person.
Mr. [redacted] states, and this is from the Revdex.com message response, “The
firearm he ordered was a noncompliant CA firearm via our web site that stated
it was restricted in CA.”

This item was only restricted
after January 1, 2017 not during the time I had made my purchase.

He ordered this on 21 dec and was a back stocked item. It did show up and due
to it being illegal for him to posses I had to pay to return it back to the
warehouse.”

This is the first time that I had ever been
aware that the item was shipped to West Coast Ammo. Question: - On what date
was the item received? What date was it returned to the warehouse? How much did
it cost to return? Why is a licensed gun shop receiving guns that are illegal
to sell? – I think the ATF needs to be aware of this.
Under the Consumer laws of the State of California, “Arsenal
Logistics USA Corp” i.e., West Coast Ammo have not even returned my money
within the 30 days and they have kept every bit of my ($310.95). We are into the
FOURTH month! I have suffered hardships with this money being held hostage. This
is a direct result of “Poor Business Practices”  
Resolution -  I would like
my full 100% of my $310.95 refunded back to me, I think they have stolen my money long enough. If we cannot resolve this, then I will have no choice but to
involve the State’s Attorney’s office, and I will file a complaint with the
City of [redacted] the ATF, and State Assembly women Marie Waldron office.
