Hello, When the customer brought his vehicle in for a aftermarket remote start the vehicle had many lights on the dash such as check engine lights, etcThe customer also stated that the car had many issues and after he got the system installed he was going to take it to a mechanic to get it all
fixedCustomers main priority was to have the keyless entry system working because his driver door cylinder didn't work and he didn't want the car to get stolen because he couldn't lock/unlock his doorsThe customer came in and picked up his vehicle with everything we installed working and we also discussed everything all over again and the customer stated that he will take his car to the mechanic shopAfter a few days customer calls me tells me my car isn't starting so I asked the customer where is the vehicle lets take a look at itFirst thing we check is the battery and we just hooked it up to some jumper cables and the car fired right up, but we double checked everything with our part and everything was legit and even asked the customer if he wants us to unplug the system we can unplug it and see if it still dies outThe customer was just frustrated with the vehicle because hes put so much money into it and wants to get rid of it nowWe agreed on reinstalling the system after he got the vehicle fixedWe spent a couple hours of our time to help him out and by the time We got back to the store the customer calls and tells me the car died out again without having the system installed into itWhen the customer asked me for a refund he already knew our store policy with no refunds so I was like why and he explained he is just gonna get rid of the car because its been costing him too much money so I told him I can help him by installing it for free in a different vehicle where we charge anywhere between 150-labor depending on the car for free just to do help him outThe system the customer purchased was a Viper system where viper offers a lifetime warranty on its brain if there is any malfunctionViper is one of the best brands in the market and we are actually there Preferred Dealers if you check there websiteWe install over viper systems a monthWe are a Professional Shop and have been installing Viper systems for many years nowThank you

I am very sorry that you believe the Viper system is faulty where the vehicle is still performing the same without having it installed but I would like to help you and hopefully we can come to a agreement, I would love for you to give me a call or even better swing by and lets make this work. My work schedule is I am in Mondays, tuesdays, fridays and saturdays from 10-7. Lets make this fair and right for both sides. Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: the part that was installed was faulty after only 6 days of the installment. The part that was installed into my car was 378$. The reason to why I'm asking for the refund is because "viper electric start alarm system" overrode my computer in my car, the part was not only an electric start alarm system but it also required to use an override system to override my computer system in my car. When asked for the refund the business owner declined and said "my car was at fault and that it wasn't his fault". I feel like I deserve the refund because the part would not start my car anymore so I asked him to remove it.
