Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere! I bought a Hyundai Sonata from Community Motors with a bad gas gauge Before paying for it I came to an agreement with Robert, the owner, that they would fix the broken gas gauge I foolishly trusted Robert as he gave me his word I brought my car to them separate times and each time they had the car for an entire day The first time the mechanic Justin smoked in my car, kept it all day and brought the car back without repairing it and completely filthy on the inside The second time Justin had the car he spilled gas all over the trunk and smoked in the car again (he must not be bright) ever after I kindly asked them not to smoke in the car The car also came back with a bad rear wheel sensor after he had it all day and again wasn't able to fix the problem The third time I was told they spoke to Hyundai and knew for sure what the problem was They kept the car an entire day once again and "were unable to get it fixed." The car was brought back again dirty and had been smoked in once again Here's a red flag on Justin He won't let you meet him at his shop or give you the address He makes you drop the car off at the car lot and he comes and picks it up His "shop" is at his house and I wouldn't be surprised if he's not a certified mechanic Robert also lied to me and told me that Justin didn't work for him However, when Justin calls you his caller ID comes up as Community Motors I guess Robert just gives company cell phones to anyone he does business with At this point I had enough and asked Robert if we could take the car to my personal mechanic He refused but did offer to take the car back again to try and fix it again I was unwilling to give them my car again for an entire day and had no faith that they were actually trying to fix the problem I was right as well because the real reason they "couldn't get it fixed" was because the part cost $and Robert gave me the run around because he didn't want to pay to truly get it fixed My personal mechanic had this issue solved and fixed in under hours, oh and they changed the oil, charged the AC system and did the 75,mile maintenance Robert/Community Motors had zero intentions of fixing my car and simply gave me the run around until I finally gave up and went on my way Robert seems like an honest and genuine guy but he's your classic snake oil, used car salesman Do yourself a favor and go to a real dealer Also, don't be foolish like me and take a man's word that a car is in good shape and that they will do what they say they will do Have a mechanic look any used car over before you buy!

BUYER BEWAREPlease spend your money on a vehicle elsewhereI purchased a vehicle from him months ago and it is currently sitting in my yard in able to run right due to previous issues not disclosed, carfax was not disclosed to me, radiator hoses were rigged up to sell, I've had to put coolant in it every two weeks since I bought itA month after buying I had to replace a $PCV Valve coverThe value of my vehicle has decreased so significantly that I cannot even trade it in for a decent deal, so I am out of $14,and stuck with a vehicle that does not runYou might ask why don't I just take it to BMW to get it fixed? If you have $3,laying around to leave your car with the manufacturer for a week, then good for you, but I am raising a toddler and I don't have that kind of money laying aroundI feel like this dealer knew what he was putting my family into and didn't care because he wanted to make a dollarPLEASE if you do purchase from here, get the vehicle throroughlt inspected by a trusted mechanicThese people make the cars run and look good enough just to sell them refuse to help youYou can try to make a phone call to Robert, but his suggestion is always the same, "take it to BMW"My family was put in danger with this vehicle(I have almost gotten into accidents due to this vehicle breaking down in the middle of and intersections during Florence rush hour

Repair contract to fix vehicle and after attempts, not completed properly
I purchased a Mercedes Efrom Community Motors and was provided a contract, "WE OWE", meaning the dealership promised to fix the front end, which they initially believed was the control arms and a battery replacement, since they had to jump the car in order for me to test drive it I paid $for the vehicle on 1/16/ As part of the purchase agreement was the "WE OWE" I left with the vehicle as the dealership order the parts they believed would fix the known front end issue, the reason I was provided the "WE OWE" I was notified by the dealership that the parts were in I brought the car back on 2/5/ I contacted the dealership on 2/9/to check on the status of the repair and was advised of the same side control arms were received and they were waiting for the replacement On 2/15/18, I called again and was advised they sent the wrong part this time Finally on 2/21/when I ca

Purchased a car for my son from Robert I received excellent and professional customer service and got a great deal on the car I'll be back to but my next car at Community Motors

I brought a car for Community Motors in Loris, SC and everything went wrong fastMajor issue is that the car had issues that we were unaware of so we returned it to get fixedDuring this time we received horrible customer service and even threatsWe have not had the car for weeks now and we found out that we weren't even approved to get the financingThese people will not give us our money back nor will they give us any information on the vehicleInstead they threatened to show up at our home and take everything we own instead of refunding us our moneyTheseven people are crooksBuyers beware!
Product_Or_Service: Chevrolet Traverse

Very untrustworthySales team do not deliver what they promisedHad to fix issues with car repairs as promisedBuyer beware have cars inspected before you sign
