I have ordered from West Coast Charms approximately 5 times. Each time the orders are fulfilled promptly and professionally. I would recommend them.

No problems with merchandise or delivery, smooth ordering process

Review: I purchased a number of lockets (necklaces, bracelet's and key-chains) from West Coast Charms but the glass falls out of the key-chains. I can not sell faulty product, so I returned some of the broken items I had retrieved from my customers along with the remaining inventory I had of the key-chains. I sent these along with an order of heart necklaces that had glue all over them from manufacturing. I returned 54 lockets and they refuse to refund me, they refuse to send back my faulty items, and now they have cancelled my account with them. In addition they have been charging me sales tax for all orders. I provided my resale certificate but they said I should have provided it when I opened my account and they wont be refunding my sales tax paid.Desired Settlement: I returned 54 lockets at $5.50 each. that is $297 plue 10 charms that I returned at .59 each $5.90. I paid $487 is sales tax and that needs to be refunded as well2975.90487Total due to me $789.90

10-17-2013 Was never brought any issues to our attention until January 2014.

As of now this person has not supplied proper tracking for the returns with USPS on a dispute with Papal where she sent the funds.

We have a 5 day policy after received to check all product and bring to our attention.

Waited months after to bring the lockets our attention. We clearly have the 5 day policy on our site.

Failed to submit her Tax Id Number when approved for an account. Once after loosing the account then tried to submit a Tax ID Number. We can not issue a Tax Refund due to the Tax ID was not received when the account was

approved.

I am rejecting this response because: I set up my account using my maiden name because that is what they choose to do. I had an account set up with [redacted] and my Paypal is under [redacted] so they emailed me asking which one I wanted to use. I responded with which ever they wanted. They choose [redacted].

Review: Items not shipped to shipping address provided.

Placed an order with a subdivision of this company named Charms from the heart, Customer ID# ** Order ID#[redacted]. They provided me lines for a shipping address and the invoice provided by the seller states it was going to be shipped to the address I provided yet it didn't ship there. It shipped to the billing address and that was not correct. I no longer live at that location and had not updated it at the time. The seller told me to go knock on the door and request my order back. Now they are giving me the run around on getting my order replaced or refunded. If you don't ship to requested shipping addresses then why provide lines to enter shipping addresses.Desired Settlement: Refund or replacement of order.

Charms . The only name we see in our shopping cart that appears is a

[redacted].

I am NOT Charms from the Heart.

All accounts must match the funds sent. We do not offer change of address

due to fraud.

West Coast Charms needs to approve addresses and clearly tell everyone on

the phone or via email we never change addresses. All address changes have

to be approved first and match the funds being sent with the order.

No Acceptations.

It does not matter if a free shopping cart program has the option to

change a shipping address. We have our own rules that everybody's

information must match the account and the funds sent.

West Coast Charms will never shipped to a change of address due to the

funds arriving in Paypal. Changing the address is not covered protection

in Paypal where the funds arrive.

We have a No Tolerance on Fraud.

All accounts must ship to the supplied address when the account was opened

to order. All accounts must match the funds when sent.

[redacted] never contacted anyone prior to placing the order at

Charms from the Heart ([redacted] on the change of address to be

approved.

[redacted] Clearly understands this situation and has brought it to

your attention on her own faults.

The order was shipped and confirmed by Charms from the Heart ([redacted]

[redacted] with the account information and funds sent to Paypal the same

address on the account.

Charms from the Heart will not refund or replace the items.
