I called Jim today around 8am and he was at my house at 9:15am to replace my water heater Not only did his price beat everyone else's, it included all the pipes/hoses/drip pan etc that everyone else said they would charge me additional for He was very professional/polite and did a great job FYI in years this is my first positive or negative review I have written online That is how impressed I was I have never felt better about spending money on something that I didn't want to have to spend money on before Thank you Jim!
