Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If you pay close attention to the Comments made in the # Statement of MrG***, he clearly states that I made a payment on the 19thI advised the lady I spoke with that I would contact them back in 2-weeks as I was unsure of when the Tax check would arriveThe lady(holly or molly) agreed that would be fine and the Lien process would stopThe real issue, and it is recorded, [redacted] came to pick the camper up on 6/1/ [redacted] even told me they called shortly after the 19th, maybe around the 23rd or 24th and Molly told the the Camper would be sold Friday for non paymentI was not even afforded a full weeks before the camper was picked upWe can easily get [redacted] involved to corroborate my informationSo again, because someone jumped the gun and wasn't truthful with [redacted] ***, my camper has been repossessed and I am never going to see it again Regards, [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern:This is a rebuttal to the complaint you received on 6/17/2017, ID #*** *** is confused about the Facts concerning his Keystone 5th Wheel:1.) On May 4, Holly Acres went through DMV to request for DMV to send a certified letter notifying the owner and/or lienholder(s) of record of our intent to dispose of the abandoned property (Keystone 32TPK 5th Wheel) and request that they reclaim the vehicle by 5/22/if they did not it want to be considered abandonedWe had not received a monthly storage payment from *** *** since July 7, *** *** was months behind in his storage payments at this timeHolly Acres bills monthly for their storage spaces*** *** claims that we did not have a proper address for him or credit card informationHe was sent a statement every month and those statements were never returned to Holly AcresStatements are sent out every month to customers who have a balanceIt is the customer's responsibility to notify Holly Acres with a change of address or credit card information*** *** never notified us from July 7, to May 19, that he had changed his addressAt least employees had tried to contact *** *** over the past months multiple times trying to collect the money on his account leaving messages that were never returned 2.) On May 12, the lienholder contacted us to let us know that they would pay the past due amount and claim the wheel if we did not hear from *** ***On May 19, 2017, *** *** contacted Holly Acres and made an $payment towards his account which left him still owing over monthsAt that time he stated that he would be calling back within two weeks and would be paying the account off in full when his tax check came inTwo weeks which was June 2nd came and went and no word from *** ***.3.) The lienholder contacted us back on June 6, asking if we had heard from *** ***, when we hadn't heard anything back they came and repossessed the 5th wheelPaying the balance of $1,in full.4.) I am rejecting this response because:

I advised the lady I spoke with that I would contact them back in 2-3 weeks as I was unsure of when the Tax check would arrive. The lady(holly or molly) agreed that would be fine and the Lien process would stop. The real issue, and it is recorded, [redacted] came to pick the camper up on 6/1/2017. I was not even afforded a full 2 weeks before the camper was picked up. We can easily get [redacted] involved to corroborate my information. So again, because someone jumped the gun and wasn't truthful with [redacted], my camper has been repossessed and I am never going to see it again.
