Javier with West Coast Co was a nightmare! I felt that I did my research but I should have known from the beginning it was a problemHe never showed up for first estimate, showed up late when he finally came for the initial estimateDecided to go with this company and he has horrible customer service, very unprofessional, and the worst work ethicHe wrote up a contract and never followed it, he changed the contract multiple times and the final product was not what was agreed uponHe showed up to work whenever he wanted and left without ever updating me on the work statusHe is messy and sloppy! He promised a finished job in a certain time frame and it took him twice as longHe likes to argue and thinks he knows it allI would NEVER recommend this guy for any fencing job, he will waste your time! I am glad to have him out of my home!!! HORRIBLE experience!!!

Beware of a quote that appears to good to be true After agreeing to do a fence job for for quoted price they missed the first installation appointment but unfortunately showed up for the second.one They started talking about the price immediately and had raised it by $before thy started I agreed they could have made a mistake and moved on Next he (owner of company?) started to look at the job and saw some issues that would raise the price some more He than asked to see my original copy of the quote so he could modify it After more discussion and raising the price from $to $I agreed to the deal I was not happyHe decided at that point the he did not want to start a job with an unhappy customer and walked He refused to return my copy of the original quote Now I am really not happy Bottom line he quoted the job on-site and knew it was low If he had stared the job I have no idea how high the bill would have been What a poor experience

He showed up to work whenever he wanted and left without ever updating me on the work status. He is messy and sloppy! He promised a finished job in a certain time frame and it took him twice as long. Next he (owner of company?) started to look at the job and saw some issues that would raise the price some more. He than asked to see my original copy of the quote so he could modify it. After more discussion and raising the price from $1400 to $2000 I agreed to the deal. I was not happy. He decided at that point the he did not want to start a job with an unhappy customer and walked. He refused to return my copy of the original quote. Now I am really not happy. Bottom line he quoted the job on-site and knew it was low. If he had stared the job I have no idea how high the bill would have been. What a poor experience.
