Bought a [redacted] truck from this dealershipCouple of months later my personal situation changed and I wanted to trade the truck in on as lesser vehicle as I was moving over seas and would be parking my vehicle for a yearThis dealership refused to trade in the truck even though I made it clear I would be purchasing another [redacted] truck upon my returnThis kind of short sighted customer service approach is why I'd rather ride a bicycle to work than purchase another vehicle from this dealership Update: Got a call back from the dealership a few hours after posting my reviewThey said they were interested in heliping me out and figuring out a way to make a deal on a trade inThey stated the truck market had changed in the two and a half months since I purchased my truck and it left my truck being worth $less than what I had purchased it forEven though a similar [redacted] truck was posted on their website at over $more than what they were offering me for mineYou can sell everyone something onceThere isnt a circumstance fathomable where I would buy a paperclip from West Coast Ford let alone a vehicle [redacted]
I purchased my ***, the finance manager talked me into buying a premium extended warranty, that warranty has since been canceled As they don't warranty modified vehiclesI've been charged for all repair costs threw the warranty and the wrest was deposited into my loanI now have a new vehicle with no warranty and no money to purchase one I feel as her being the manager she should have looked into the fact of wether I was eligible for the warrantyI purchased the vehicle as is , and was given a clear impression that that warranty would cover everything on my ***Why should it cost me money for the dealerships error ?
Not to mention I was told it's not there problem
Completely rude employees and had a terrible experience shopping for a truck at this West Coast Ford Tried to sell us a truck that had sold over a week prior to when we were planning on purchasing We put a deposit that they told us was refundable and now over a month later and after finding out the truck was never available to begin with, they still have not refunded us our money We were also sworn at by one of the employees in front of my children! I will never go back to West Coast Ford, nor would I recommend it to anyone else
