West Coast Funding contacted me and offered to do a no cost refinance loan on an investment property. After agreeing to very specific terms in writing on GFE and application I went forward. I paid for appraisal $575 and was told I would be credited on closing. The Final HUD was never sent until Notary was calling to sign documents. West Coast Funding increased interest rate, added $990 origination fee and would not credit appraisal fee. DO NOT invest money in the process unless you are willing to lose it when they change the agreement.

Spoke to client and refunded her desired amount.  Client is now happy.Was a simple misunderstanding between her and the loan officer.
