Review: I am due a refund in the amount of $94. In early February of 2015, I called the business office, left messages and was never able to get through. Finally, I called the local office and spoke with a rep who said I was due to $94 refund and it would be processed. After at least three more phone calls (2/26, 4/14, 4/27) in which they confirmed this information and told me a check would be sent, as of September 11, 2015 I have not received a refund. I have also sent correspondence by mail explaining my complaint and that I was due the refund. No one has responded. I have copies of all documentation.In addition, they never sent me a bill during this whole process. The only receipt I have from them is the one given to me when I made my initial in office payment.Desired Settlement: They need to refund the $94 I am owed.
