I own a Camaro SS purchased new 1.4yrs ago and last month I received a door ding on my Camaro at work I chose Jeff Wyler since my car is a Chevrolet and reputable I scheduled the apptwith Jeff Wyler, I dropped the car off evening on Sunday, 7/for them to begin the repair on Monday 8/as scheduled I was called Thursday, 8/that the car was ready for pickup I picked the car up on Friday, 8/and when I arrived, I walked straight to my car and I couldn't believe what I saw A ding had turned into a wave 3x the size of the actual ding and the bottom of the door with runs of paint I had the Manager, [redacted] come out to take a look at it to validate what I was seeing, he did, then he asked me, what would like us to do? I asked him, you're asking me? I said I want my $43,car to look like it did the day I pulled it out of the showroom 1.5yrs ago I told him I should've never been called, he agreed He said he messed up and confessed he checked everything else elect
