I reached out to this company December 8th in regards to a ring I purchased through overstock.com and was never given an exchange as promised
I reached out to them to get an exchange for an item I purchased that was tarnishing after a day of being wornI was in contact with *** who told me to send the item back and an exchange would take placeI expressed concern as my wedding was about and a half weeks awayHe said it should be fineI am sitting here today with no ring and he said that a refund was processedNo refund has hit my card eitherI want people to beware of doing business with themThey are liars

I ordered an expensive belly button ring through Overstock from this company Nowhere at the point of sale was "not returnable" mentioned
On 10/27/I ordered this expensive piece of jewelry from Overstock, Order #XXXXXXXXX, in the amount of $ First, the size of shaft was not mentioned; second, nowhere until I received the invoice was it mentioned that body jewelry is not returnable I received the piece on 11/04/16, and on 11/07/I inquired to West Coast Gifts about a return because the size is too large, and I had no way of knowing about the no return policy West Coast Gifts thanked me for schooling them on important details that should have been present upon point of sale (such as the size, and the no return policy, both of which would have made it so I would have not made the purchase in the first place), so that they can be more aware with their future transactions They denied my request for a refund or exchange I have all of the communications and documents f
