The most unprofessional maid service I have ever seen.We had our first cleaning appointment a few weeks ago and one lady came in and cleaned for the minimum required hours and she was fairly efficientShe did miss out a lot of things but there were a lot of areas to be cleaned so we didn't say anythingWe called them next week and they cancelled saying that there was an emergencyWe rescheduledThey said they would not be able to make it at the scheduled time again so we said we can push it to the afternoon at pmThey didn't show up and called saying the maid was stuck in trafficWe waited for hours more and finally gave upIn the meantime they had already charged our credit card but had not provided any service yetThey rescheduled again for this Saturday and cancelled again due to some other family emergencyWe rescheduled for this Sunday and they called again saying that the time doesn't work for them any more and would like to come earlierWe couldn't accommodate that since we have a month old and we have to keep his schedule as wellWe asked for a refund and then they said they would eventually come at the scheduled timeAn hour later they called and again said that they won't be able to make itWe have still not received any service nor have we got our money back! Long story short, They charged us weeks ago and have still not provided any services for it The main lady named Deanna does not know how to keep any commitments and has been extremely unprofessionalThey charged 50% more than what they had quoted us, which would have been fine if they had told us whyBut we have no clue why till nowWith a baby and a bad back, I was hoping to get some help with the cleaning, instead we were charged and got no service whatsoeverPlease, if you want peace of mind and a good service, find some other cleaning serviceIt will save you a lot of hassle

Very rude and unprofessional company We made agreement to start work at 8am, they called night before asking to start at 10am
They did not show up at but called to say they will be at our place at 11:30am Since they did not show up, we called at 11:45am The lady answered phone, said that they will not be able to come at all and hung up

I used them because they were the only cleaning company available on the weekend. They arranged to come at one time when I called to book them, then tried to change the time the day before the cleaning. They arrived earlier than expected and asked to start cleaning before our guests had even departed. They waited directly outside our home and made our guests uncomfortable as the left.

They did a very perfunuctory clean.

No billing provided, had to follow up months later and got a visa transaction slip with no description and the wrong date.

Overall poor value.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Canceled the first appointment, they were suppose to come one day before an open house and canceled last minute. Then said they would come the next morning and didn't show up again. When I called to inquire I was hung up multiple times. I had to cancel my open house and when I called to tell them I no longer needed the service this week I was verbally attacked and told I was a waste of their time. The owner refused to speak to me because she was "too upset with me". WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
