Revdex.com:I was only able to find one phone number for WBC via the Revdex.com website, however it was only an answering machine system and I was not able to reach anyone with that phone numberI then contacted my credit card company asking for their assistance, they looked on the WBC website and confirmed that no contact phone number existed however they were able to provide me with the right phone number from my CC transaction in which I spoke with [redacted] whom took great care of me and was able to provide me with a return shipping label immediatelyAfter talking to [redacted] I emailed Revdex.com to let them know the matter was resolved, however for what ever reason the complaint still processedMy apologize to [redacted] for the misunderstanding.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, [redacted]

This item was delivered on June 17th. The customer contacted us on that day, and a return authorization was approved for the item. A pre-paid return label was provided for the item. The label was used and it is currently in transit to our warehouse. The UPS tracking number is
