Review: I paid the vehicle off on February 10 2015 today is march 31st 2015 and I have not receive the title to the vehicle. I have called the company numerous times asking for my title and never get an answer on where my title is. Today I called and when I asked if the title was there in office so I could come pick it up I was hung up on. The DMV requires the title to be transfered within 21 days the have exceeded this and have never given me an explanation as to where my title is, and why I have not recieved it yet.Desired Settlement: I want the title in my possession or a refund on the full amount I paid on the vehicle.

Review: Account Manager at Stockton Location does not and refuses to return phone calls & gives customers the run around.

The Stockton Location for West Coast Motors has an Account Manager there who will not and Does not return phone calls. I have been trying for quite some time now to get the paper work and specifics on the lien on my parent's car which we are in the middle of transferring to my name as a gift. She gave me a run around regarding back owed payments on the Warranty on the car that my parents cancelled. The figures she gave me did not add up. Besides, we have not heard a single peep from them regarding demand of payment or anything in the last 7 years. I DO NOT think her behavior is ethical on her part on not returning phone calls or following up with a simple, 'hey I will get back to you, been busy'. My parents and I refuse to pay anything more toward the car due to the fact that we haven't received a notice to pay, a demand of repossessing or anything. It is not our fault the company lost their records or can't get their records straight. All we want is for them is to man up, grow a pair of balls and release our [redacted] title so we can put this [redacted] mess behind us. We refuse to pay a single penny to them.Desired Settlement: The settlement we wish, my parents and I, is the title of our car released into our names and this be cleared due to the age of the account and the fact that the company has not tried to collect on the amount we SUPPOSEDLY owe to them.
