DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!!
I was building a custom netting ladder to my attic for my kids and thought that these guys could help me out. Seemed fine until I placed my order. The customer service was condescending and rude and made no effort to help me decide what was the best product to go with. I'm sorry that I'm not a "net expert".
I had to hound them to even get me a quote (mine was a pretty small job- $350). After placing the order and waiting THREE MONTHS, they finally shipped something that didn't match my specifications. After letting them know, they promptly put me to the back of the cue (they already had my money) and over a month later I'm still waiting...! I sent them a message two days ago letting them know my displeasure and they said that there was another large order that took priority and that I'd have to wait.
SAVE THE TROUBLE AND GO WITH SOMEBODY ELSE. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
