I have used West Coast Plumbing for four years without any problems Even though their prices seem a little higher than I would like, they have done a good job of servicing and repairing our system so I saw no reason to change Less than three years ago, the blower in our AC unit failed West Coast Plumbing replaced it with a new blower at a cost of $ A typical blower should last for 10+ years if serviced regularly as we do However, the blower failed again a couple of weeks ago To cut a long story short, West Coast Plumbing wouldn't stand behind their work of the previous blower they had installed and insisted on charging the full amount again of $900+ to install a new blower When I told them I wasn't happy with this and would share my experience with neighbors and friends, they threatened to sue me and were incredibly aggressive and belligerent I will no longer use West Coast Plumbing but I wanted to share this

Company overcharged me 300 on a water heater replacement but then made good on it. So I called them for an a.c. problem. They charged me 125 to diagnose it as a zone motor problem. The tech said it would be 800 or 900 to repair. But I asked for a firm price and got no call back. I got other quotes and had it repaired for 280.

The most honest A/C company I have used. They don't rip you off, friendly staff, and fix my A/C and had it diagnosed in less than an hour. So happy with my experience.
