I can't put into words how dissatisfied I am, I'm furiousOur contractor recommend West Coast Pools and trusting his judgement, we hired themEvery Thursday for a year, one of their employees would come by our house, skim the bottom of the pool, and fiddle around with the chemicals in the waterAfter experiencing repeated issues with the pool's equipment and getting only temporary, quick fixes with little to no communication, we fired West Coast Pools and hired a different, highly-rated companyThat's when the utter neglect was brought to lightThe pool was never brushedCalcium deposits were allowed to build up all along the edges of the poolThe pool equipment was not well maintainedThe filter was never cleaned - it was GREEN inside and completely impacted with debrisWe're now spending $to replace the filtersA shovel had to be used to clean out the bottom of the filter encasement because there was just *that [redacted] much debris in thereI can sum up West Coast Pool's service in just one word: NEGLECT
