neighbor which was not a customer or she just had a small siding damages happen by accident. The damages were delayed or repaired the neighbor did agreed to let us work on the home and repair it at the end he was happy with the repairs. It was all resolved there was no need to open up a claim. Some of the details are exaggerated. The only thing left pending was his time off work we are we are great we are willing to pay him the time even though he falsely is claiming he lost time. Unfortunately that's all his wrongdoing we never told him to take off work if you decided to lose a day at work that was on him.

I am rejecting this response because:Your company did NOT follow through on what you said it would do.  Your company does not value my time or the commitments you made with me.  Your company has very low or non-existent ethics.  Your company does not seem to care how your employees are treating people when damage is done to their property.  It is common courtesy to return calls when you say you will, give details of how they will fix the issue and follow through on what you say you are going to do, etc.Here are the following reasons I do not trust your company and nobody else should either.  The employees in your company need to learn some business ethics.- Your company is very self centered and does not care about other people.  This statement in your last response is proof "...we never told him to take off work if you decided to lose a day at work that was on him".  I did not take a day off.  I took a couple hours off.  You do not control what I do or how I react to your company damaging my house or your low business ethics! I'm not living by your low ethics standards.  I took a couple hours off to call my insurance company and other people to figure out what to do about the damage your company did to my house.- The employees of your company did not tell me they damage my house.  I found the damage my self and confront them about it.  Any normal person/company would inform somebody they damaged somebody else's property and go out of their way to fix the damage they did.  Instead you don't tell me about the damage, you don't return my calls for days.  Since when did that become they right way of solving problems?- Your employee that talked to me about the damage on my house days later talked in very general terms and would not give me any specific on how the damage was going to be repaired.  They just gave me a VAGUE statement "we will take care of it".  They would not say when or how they would fix the damage.  Would you want somebody saying that working on your house? Not until they give me specifics!- Your employees said somebody would call me right away.  Your company did not notify me for days about the damage on my house.- Your company basically ignored me as much as possible and only contacted me when it was convenient for them weeks or month later.- I called your company to get your insurance information and they would not give it to me.  Your company is required by law to give our your insurance information.- Many months later one of your employees called me and said they would pay me for the hours of work I lost.  That person never followed through on what they said.Your company has a serious ethics problem and definitely does not follow through on what it says it will do.  I bet employees twist the truth when tell their side of the story to you but nobody is bothering to listen to my side of the story.Sincerely,
