IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACE WHICH INVOLVED CUTTING AN OPENING IN THE STUCCO MAYBE 8" X 8" ALL IS GOODCOUPLE OF DAYS LATER A SECOND COAT OF STUCCO PATCHBY NOW HE HAD OUR CHECK FOR $FOR THE ENTIRE JOBTHAT WAS LAST WE SAW OF HIMCALLED TWICE, FIRST TIME " YEAH I'LL BE THERE IN THE AM " NO SHOWEDSECOND TIME IT WENT TO VOICE

To Whom It May Concern:We value all of our customers to the extreme. We work for many realty companies who let us in to homes of high value, older couples that like to chat a little longer, teachers, pastors and lawyers.  If any problem ever occurs, and all though they are far and few between,...

we are always open to correcting the issue. We have been in business for thirteen years and value our reputation, as word of mouth is the best advertisement, or the demise of a business.  We never could connect with Ms. [redacted] verbally, to resolve her issue. She was given the owner's cell phone number to call anytime, she never called.The technician that serviced Ms. [redacted] has worked for Basic Plumbing for eight years. He is in his last semester of plumbing school, getting his master's license. Basic Plumbing has never had a complaint of a technician being under the influence of any substance. The technician was even in front of the owner before he left for this job, and was not viewed inappropriate for work.  We also have never had more compliments on a technician than the one who responded to Ms. [redacted]. The helper who also responded to Ms. [redacted], was smoking out of a vapor pen, that did not contain an illegal substance.  Ms. [redacted] complains that the tub/shower faucet did not match the same finish as the existing faucet she had. The technician informed Ms. [redacted] her finish was not in stock in the [redacted] brand we prefer to use and she told him to proceed with the installation. She also complains that she now has a leaking shower head of which the technician explained to her without complaint, signed the invoice and  the technician left, which was 5:30 p.m. This did happen in result of the pipe that was used to hook up the tub spout, restricting the water, putting back pressure on the shower head causing it to leak; not shoddy products. The owner is willing to come back and change this pipe so that the problem does not exist, of coarse for no charge.In continuing to resolve the issue with Ms. [redacted], we offer to reduce the labor charges (four hours 1:00 to 5:30) by the one hour of over time she was charged, which is $[redacted].
